Illur Arfur

When I drink, I get out my vinyl and play music I haven't heard in ages.

So I was so happy to find the Sugarcubes' Illur Arfur album on vinyl.

We bought this at the reunion concert in Reykjavik in 2007.

I love the gatefold photograph!

Awesome!

One of my favorite Sugarcubes albums.

As much as I love ALL Sugarcubes albums, I think this one might be the most joyous compilation.

And there are songs in Icelandic.

Which makes it even more desirable to me.

I have huge crushes on both Einar Orn and Bjork to this day.

I'm a confused guy.

"Nail" is a very funny little piece of fiction.

Totally Icelandic.

Just like the Icelandic poetry I love most.
